Speaking of Internet access, if you haven't been there, our own CADTutor Forum has an informative array of links to topics and threads from Basics thru 3D. This is one of the first places you should investigate or post your questions when you have "issues" with AutoCAD.
With each new version of AutoCAD, I'm a big proponent of taking a look at the Help offerings. AutoCAD 2010 has a Help button up on the title bar of the application window (I changed F1 to be Quick View Drawings back in the Power Tool of October 2008), and I was pleasantly surprised to see a direct connection to the Autodesk Discussion Group that is displayed directly in the Help window. You will find similar access to the Discussion Group in AutoCAD 2009, too.
Just thought you'd like to know that Help is literally a click away, whether you add a link to the Forum on a button on the tool palette via the BROWSER command, or head for a Discussion Group in Help.

However, running a site like CADTutor does cost money and you can help to improve the service and to guarantee its future by donating a small amount. We guess that you probably wouldn't miss $5.00 but it would make all the difference to us.
Note from Michael: I want to thank all of my customers for continuing to retain my training services (some for over two decades!) and let you know your donations do not go to me personally, but to the ongoing maintenance of the CADTutor ship as a whole and to support the yeoman efforts of my friend and CADTutor captain, David Watson, to whom I am grateful for this monthly opportunity to share a few AutoCAD insights.
