Some of you may have noticed that we reached a double milestone last week. Yes, the total number of threads reached 10,000 and the total number of posts reached 50,000.

Thanks to all concerned for making this place so useful and er... fun.

:)

Yeah, I think StykFacE really was the one who put you over the top. God only knows how long it would have taken otherwise. lol

One thing to keep in mind is that CadTutor had made this a place worth coming to. The second thing is that the contributions from the members have become a "value added" commodity. But the basic thanks must go to CadTutor for providing this forum in the first place. Well done, David!! Many thanks, over and over again.

They grow up so quick, i remember when the forum was just a baby, so cute, drooling over itself, blowing bubbles and all..... how time flys.

Yes, i beleive what many have already said about this forum, its become a "must have" resource for anyone who uses autocad in any form or function.

Well done Dave, youve done us proud.

Aw, shuks!

I wasn't really fishing for compliments. It's great to know that all the hard work is appreciated. As gcp310 said, the forum has come a long way in the 4-5 years it's been going and I kind of feel that it's now reached a point of maturity and (hopefully) stability.

We hear a lot about community sites on teh web these days and I do think we have created a great community here. But, I'm always interested in hearing ways to improve things, so if you have any good ideas or suggestions, do let me know.

I think I've a long way to go before I hit the 15,000 posts I have on another forum - and they have regular clear outs of old theads, so I know I've lost at least 5,000

:star: Congratulations CADTutor :star:

(when are you getting the new server to handle all this traffic? :D )
