.sat to .dwg conversion?

Does anyone know of a way to open .sat files in AutoCAD 2000, or is there a way to convert them to a more usable format? :?

Thanks for that. I tried it , but all I get is "Save file is from a later version of Acis.
Unable to read the ACIS file".
Any other ideas please?
