I use the trim command press down shift to extend the arc to the line - release shift and trim away unwanted line.
OR if i can't extend one to another i have to draw one line beyond so i can extend one past the other.
Anyone got a faster way? :D

have you tried the fillet or chamfer command, setting the radius on the fillet command to 0 will give you a sharp clean corner

and if you don't want to reset your fillet to 0 you can hold down the shift key (at least on R2006 you can)
