wındow problem

i am using 2006. open, new, save as commands are now appearing in command line.they should come with a popup wındow where i can easily select the locatıon or whatelse.is there an optıon in 2006 related to this, i could not see.does anyone know the reason please?

either type a ~ or change your FILEDIA setting to 1
