Inventor 7 !

Seriously in Mech Desktop there are POWERTOOLS which are extended commands such as POWER fillet basically an expanded FILLET command.

www.dotsoft.com and www.tenlinks.com have good lisps such as a RECENT file list up to 20 files (i think) previoulsy opened.

Not really free, it's nagware ("buy me" window): QuikPik my Manusoft. Not very powerful, just a quite utility that sits by quitely while you work. It has several little "enhancements", namely locking your toolbars so you don't drag them all over your screen, and it widens your layer dropdown so you can read all of the architectual-naming-conventions that only you and a nuclear scientist can break the code:

P.S. After installing it and opening ACAD, look for a little blue Q on the lower-right hand corner.
