I've tried the tutorial on the subject of going from Autocad to photoshop. It really worked well, butt....

how can i keep the layers i got in autocad. I have noticed that all information after opening the EPS in Photoshop is on one layer.
I'd like to change the weight of lines and thats is why i need my autocad layers. I've heard it is possible, please tell me how i can do that.

Thank you!

Hi Muzarch ;)
By creating an EPS file from AutoCAD to Photoshop you do not keep the information on different layers. The postscript is equivalent to a print (on a plotter or else). Therefore what you end up with is a flatten bitmap image.

The only way to keep the layers information is to use a vector-base software to edit you drawing, like Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. You need to save your autocad drawing in DXF format, and then when you import it in Corel or Illustrator, the layer structure will be kept. You will also be able to select every line to change its thickness ...

Hope this help ;)
