OK Guys
I have been using Autocad for about 3 months now so I'm thinking
it's about time I gave 3D a look. :o
Can anybody tell me the best place to start and any advice on
good books or tutorials.

Thanks in advance.

DODGE,

Just hold the AutoCAD for a minit!

BLUDDY 'ELL!

Is that you surfin' a frikkin' Tsunami or is that just a wee ripple down under?

If I saw that headin' my way, I'd be doin' a rather large raspberry ripple in my shorts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boy Oh Boy! Would I love to have a go at that!
I take it there's a hospital near by.................

Stephen

P.S. Could you post up a bigger better photo of that monster. I gotta have that as a wallpaper!

Hi Alan
Your right Al if the break was that size in Port Philip bay I would be
on cloud 9. I usually do a bit at Gunna, Torquay, and Bells whenever I get the chance. The av shown my Bro sent to me thought it was a nice pic.
Any advice on the 3D?
Dodge.

Can't help you with 3D.....I don't use it. Remember...I'm in Civil Engineering.....we don't use 3D

Good book:

AutoCAD 2007 3-D Modeling, A Visual Approach....by Alan J. Kalameja.

That break:

Hell, in Texas that's what they call a ripple in a wave pool.

Hell, in Texas that's what they call a ripple in a wave pool.

Reminds me of the one about the Texan Rancher talking to a little Scottish crofter. The crofter is saying how he's bought out his neighbours and nowdays he can hardly see the end of his potato field if it's foggy. The Texan says "Jeez, it takes me three days to ride my horse around my land". The canny Scot says "Ach, I ken whit ye mean. I'd a horse like that misell once".
