Invalid CUI file

When I load autocad 2007 a message pops up that says I have an invalid CUI file. This occurs even when I load my backup CUI file. Does anyone know how to rebuild the base CUI file and how to edit it once I have recreated my original one?

What CUI file is the error message referring to?
Do you have any menus after AutoCAD starts?

The OOTB stock menu is stored in C:\Program Files\[Product]\UserDataCache\Support\
