HI MY SUPERVISOR WANTS ME TO CONVERT ALL DWGS THAT HE DID IN MODEL SPACE INCLUDING TITLEBLOCK TO VIEWPORT IN PAPER SPACE. I DID SCALE THE 1:10 DWG IN 0.5 TO CONVERT TO 1:1 AND MEASURE IT , IT'S OK BUT THE TEXT AND DIMENSION WERE ALL IN WACK TRUE VALUE OF DIMENSION WERE NOT RIGHT. THEN i SCALE THE DWG OF 1:20 THE DWG BECOMES SO SMALL AND ALL DIMENSION AND TEXT AS THE SAME IN DWG WITH 1:10. IS ANYBODY CAN HELP ME I NEEDED THE GOOD PROCEDURE TO SCALE IT AND TRANSFORM THEM TO VIEWPORT BEFORE MONDAY THANKS FOR ANY IDEA. THEY DO THEIR PLOTTING IN MODEL SPACE.

Put the title block and border in Paper Space. Leave the remainder of the drawing in Model Space. You'll probably have to scale the title block and border down to fit the size of the paper you'll be plotting to. Since the remainder of the drawing is in Model Space you'll have to apply a scale to the Viewport.

when you say "scale" are the drawings in model space scaled to different sizes rather than using the viewport scale?

Yes all dwgs were scale to their own scale such as one dwg is scale to 1:20 and 1:10 etc. in model space my supevisor wants it to put in viewport in PS

in theory, they should be drawn at 1:1 and plotted at a scale ie 1:10, 1:20 the main problem will be if you have a drawing in model space that has more than one scale ie elevations @ 1:100 and the floor space @ 1:50 (floor space being scale by 2.0 in model space)
in paper space you would scale the viewport and print at 1:1 (the other way around)
it shouldnt be too hard just some calculations will be needed for different scales.

I usually draw my dwgs in 1:1 and go to ps & use viewport but the company draws in MS & plot in MS. Its a detail dwgs with different scale one dwgs in whole there's two detail dwgs in scale of 1:20 and the rest were 1:10,how should I scale it and send it to viewport any advice?

If you have different objects grouped together to create a drawing at different scales then you will need to open up multiple model views (MV) with one group of objects in each MV, ie 1:100 one view 1:10 one view etc
In your paper space the old model space views will then all be at the same scale as they have already been scaled.
