Does anyone know of any good AutoCAD DWG file viewers?

My director wishes to open and view drawings (without us PDF'ing everyone, everytime a change is made) but does not want editing capabilities (ie. not AutoCAD LT)

She has previously used Voloview but does not like this.

Please state if the programs are downloadable and free or incur a cost.

Thanks

Pete

That's what we use although it doesn't look that different from Voloview! What was the problem there? Anything that looks at drawings isn't going to be much different.

Here is a table full of options for you.

Also shown is whether you can measure, markup, plot, and open DGN files.

Hi all - thanks for the help!

As for what was wrong with Voloview, I have no idea. I've never used it before myself but my director didn't like it when she used it previously in another company.

She pays my wages so Im sure its a very valid reason! ;)

I imagine progecad lite would act as a good viewer.
but if the idea is not to allow edits, prbly not
