Sorry if this has been covered - I did a 'quick' search.
How do you change the relative coordinate setting?
I've received a drawing form someone else that has the coordinates all backwards - 0 degrees is to the left & 180 to the right, text is upside down, the UCS icon is backwards, etc...
I vaguely remember something about changing the orientation/rotation...
Thoughts on how to change this preference?

Try these...
Use the UNITS command. Click on the DIRECTION button. Check angle 0 (East).
Use the UCS command and select world.
Use the PLAN command and select world.

Thank you very much - that did it.
Everyone I work with had just always 'dealt' with it when they've come accross the same - I was getting a headache standing on my head...
EDIT
I had set 180 degrees @ 180 - that solved typing in the coordinate...
However, text and dims are upside down.
Thoughts...

Type STYLE and check the text styles. They could have the backwards and upside down settings checked. Uncheck them.

John,
Thanks, but still a no-go.
Neither backwards nor upside down were check.
I tried checking both to see if that would fake-it... did not help.
I can always rotate text and just deal w/ the upside down dimensions for what I'm doing right now... just a bit anoying and figure this would be a learning opportunity.
