something simple that I am forgetting...

I have a text style that I normally set to 3/32" in height. For some reason, I cannot get the text height down on this particular drawing to this. It will only allow me to go to 1/8". My text style height is set to 0.

Any thoughts?

type UNITS at the command line, and make sure they're set to 1/32". see if that helps.
