Hello,
We had a page generator utility that had some excel VB code that would pop up a dialog box and allow us to select different equipment and power supplies for our machines. Then when we were done it would automatically generate the correct drawings by adding or removing components that were drawn out. I am new to the company and they said it stopped working after upgrading from Autocad 97 Lt to Autocad 2004 Lt. Basically we have lots of different base drawings (or should make base drawings) for our machines so it is easy to start a new project. Is there some tool out there that can be configured to do this for us so that it can add/remove pages that are needed for the project and also add/remove some components that are on the drawing pages? I assume this was done by moving blocks around earlier but have not gotten into the code to see. But before trying to fix that one I wanted to see if there was something easier.
Thanks for your help!
Paul
