Is there a command to directly acces the Layer States Manager without using the -LAYER command, or bringing up the LAYER dialog box? Anyone know? Looked in Help for a bit but didn't get very far. Thanks in advance.... :)

I don't believe there is anything where you can access this directly AT THE MOMENT, but I believe there will be in the newest release; which is out in a couple of weeks or so

I suppose you could just make a macro starting off of the "-layer" command. It's not necessarily a command, but you could get to what you want in one click.

yeah i thought of that, but then i'd have to "type" the layer state i want to restore, instead of the dialog box popping up and me double clicking on it. makes it much faster. :)

thanks for the input so far guys.... and gals... lol

If it's the layer properties manager box you're meaning then just drop the "-" and type "layer". Also the "layer" and "-layer" commands can be shortened to "la" and "-la"...

Hope this helps?
