Dynamic Blocks

G'Day all
Anybody know where there are some good tutorials
on creating Dynamic blocks. I'm talking really straight forward
step by step stuff.:?
I have checked out the Autocad help section but need it a bit more straight forward.

also, go to Help > New Features Workshop within AutoCAD. they have some very decent tutorials there too. :)
