Can anybody help with this one. I have created Blocks with Solid Hatches in 2005LT but when they are dropped into a drawing on a machine that is running 2002LT I get the results below. The rectangular outline of the component is a polyline (I had problems getting a valid hatch boundary using the lines that existed already (even though every vertice is correct), methinks the two problems are somehow connected???).

How it should look:

I have solved this problem by redrawing the outer boundary of the item. There were some filleted edges that I have replaced with chamfers & this appears to have been the cause of the problem.

Well done, Chainsaw......

I'm sorry I missed your original post.....I'm also surprised you didn't get a response from some other members in the last month......this is right up some of their alleys. :)

Anyway.....a bit of perseverance and you figured it out.

Congrats........

Cheers
