Dimensioning isometric views

Wow! I haven't done this in years! I can't remember for the life of me how to set up my dimensions to get the text obliqued properly or whatever it is. What dimension do I use too??? Linear? Aligned? I can't see how either would work, but I've done this all before. Help =(
