Error when plotting

I have sent a drg and its xref drgs to an associate. I have 2000i and he has 2000LT. Everything opens fine, but when he goes to plot it out it crashes when he views the preview screen...Unhandled Access Violation Reading Oxffffffff Exception at 3603bd94h. He has our plot settings loaded.
Can anyone help!!! He needs to plot asap....thanks

I would tell him to try to do a recover on the drawing 1st and then try it.
