Ive been designing a house on autocad and i didnt like how autocad rendered so i went and got sketchup and im trying to import my house to su but it wont let me. does the image on autocad need to be all unioned together or can it be in many blocks because mine now its divided into a lot of blocks. when i try and import it it says, this does not appear to be a valid autocad dwg or dxf file or the file is write protected and i dont believe i protected it.
how can i fix this?

thanks

Sketchup does not yet support importing or exporting of Autocad 2007 dwg files. As a work-around, either save down to the 2004 dwg format from within autocad, or look into Autodesk's free TrueConvert program (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?id=6703438&siteID=123112&DCMP=ILC-DWG-PUV).
