Exporting 3D solid images into Word or Excel

Is there a way you can export 3D images or models from Inventor into Word for Windows or Excel. I want to include some of my models in a manual that is written in Word, wasn't having much luck with the various methods I tried and using the HELP menu.

u cant export it by plot it as .JPG then insert it in word or excel ....
