Well im doing a school project. I am making a garage.
Now i know how to make 3d surfaces on rectangular shapes but how do i make 3d surfaces on cirles or ovals because my garage, the top of the frame is an oval shape and i have no clue how to do it. Can someone please tell me what to do? If possible, step by step method, i'm not a pro here. Thanks

Most shapes eg ellipses, circles rectangles etc can be made into REGIONS using REGION. They then become Surfaces.
EXTRUDE can be used for a closed profile/shape and it will then become a SOLID.

Didn`t exactly understand your problem. But if you mean a Surface or Solid-model for instance of an american football (non-rotation-symmetric ellipsoid, having 3 different length for its axis), so please contact me via www.black-cad.de

In my drawing, i have a garage, where the window and the garage door have a oval shape at the top of it. I need to create 3d faces on the whole garage. Everything is done, except for the front view, which is the one with the double garage door with an oval top, and a window above the garage door with a oval top. How do i create a 3d face on that view if I dont know how to create a 3d face for an oval shape. If i create a 3d face for just the outside edges of the view, and then when i shade it will color everything on the view. But i dont want that, i want it to shade around the garage door but not shade in the door or window.
