Upgrading Operating systems

Hi everyone,
I am thinking of upgrading my home PC O/S, currently Win 98SE to Win XP Home Edition. I will then install AutoCAD 2004 mech on this PC. What sort of experiences have you all had?, can I expect any issues?

Well everything should be fine
i had winME then to XPpro everything was fine
i should say i was using acad 2004 on ME and i worked even tho it wasnt in the reccomended OS
