Want to know how to make better use of your 3 button mouse? Here's another gem from the vault:

Can anyone help me programme the middle button of my three button mouse so that when I select the middle button I can get AutoCAD's OSNAP options displayed on the screen? I know it can be done cos I've seen it! but dont know how to do it!

and the answer...

I AM USING A LOGITECH 3 BUTTON MOUSE. I DID THE FOLLOWING TO ACTIVATE THE MIDDLE BUTTON TO DISPLAY OSNAPS:

GO TO MOUSE PROPERTIES AND SET THE MOUSE MIDDLE BUTTON TO "MIDDLE BUTTON"

GO TO AUTOCAD 2000 AND SET "MBUTTONPAN = 0"

THAT IS IT !!!

I've checked this out and it works perfectly :)
