crazy error

Ok we are getting this error when ever we try to save a file once this error comes up and you hit ok the file disappers and you have to do a saveas to save it again. Dose anyone know what is causing this error. We had been having a read only problem so I seen a thread about getting rid of the whohas file in autocad we did that and it works great no more read only problems but know this message has popped up once or twice not all the time.
