hello, is there anyway i cant Bind an image (jpeg) into a drawing like an Xref that i want to send to someone? or do i have to e transmit?

I don't believe that there is an option to bind an image into a drawing.
However, it is possible to use ETRANSMIT

so if i want to send a drawing with just an image in it i have to e transmit it? im near sure iv done it before without doing that

Yes. There are a couple of ways to "bind" an image.
