Not really CAD connected question, but close.
Sometimes I create PDF files from my drawings using a free program, PDF995. In Acrobat Distiller you can prevent the document from being printed and even the copy-paste can be disabled. I don’t have the time (read: $) to use the Acrobat Distiller. Is it any cheap (free) program to password-protect a ready created PDF file?

According to their web site (http://www.pdf995.com/), PDF995 can do what you want.
