Problems with loading forum webpages

Ive had problems over the last week or so with the sites webpages,sometimes theyb dont load and I get page cannot be diplayed.This morning though the problem has got alot worse and it's got quite difficult to just be able to change from one page to another without it crashing.

I know this may sound trivial, but have you cleaned your cache of cookies and temp. internet files. When was the last time you defragged? When was the last time you done a M$ update?

What system are you running?

All these things contribute to the problems you are having...

tlyall is right, try those things first. However, I have experienced a couple of probs with the site over the last couple of days. This seems to be a server problem and nothing to do with the recent software upgrade. Keep your eye on it and let me know if you experience more problems. These things are usually sorted out quite quickly.

Its happened on 2 different PC's and before the upgrade,so it isnt the upgrade .I'll try cleaning my cookies and yeh it does need a defrag I think not too badly though.
