We plot to a networked HP1050c with a 36" roll loaded. We use all 5 custom
sizes to handle our particular sheet sizes, and then go into "Modify
Standard Paper Sizes (Printable Area)" to reduce the margins on all sides to
zero. Like I said, this works fine in Acad2000. In 2004, the first time I
set the printable area (before the PMP file has been created), it prompts
for the margins, then the filename, and it saves correctly. After that, no
matter what sheet size I select to modify, it prompts for the margins, seems
to proceed normally, and allows me to finish/exit. But if I recheck the
sheet size I just changed, it's already back to its original margins. It's
not a permission issue, as the file is stored locally and I have full
administrative rights to the PC.
I can't find anything on Autodesk's support knowledgebase, nor have I seen
anything like this listed in this newsgroup. If anyone has any suggestions
(hopefully short of creating multiple PC3/PMP combos for each sheet size and
orientation), I would appreciate it.
i would like to use more than one paper size with one .pc3.
well thanks in advance.
