Xref's not re-loading.???

When calling up the parent drawing the xref's are listed but not loaded.
I can re-load them and they load ok. save the drawing (Visretain=1)
call it back up and the xrefs do not re-load again.
However when opened on another PC the File Works.???
We have ADT 05'

Look at XLOADCTL on each machine, maybe they are different
