I use 2007lt. Am experiencing inconsistent behavior.
When I place new text the angle is 270 though I did not explicitly indicate this. Often when I double click existing text it will immediately move from 0 to 270 deg but, not always. to correct this I must select the properties dialog to change the angle of the text.
The behavior is inconsistent and was never explicitly entered.
Is there a variable to force the angle to 0? Is this a bug in 2007lt?
