1. Don't bump something that you just posted 20 min. ago. We don't live here on the forum, so don't expect immediate responses. Give it time and someone will eventually come along and answer your question.
2. I'm currently not able to view what you uploaded because the service is temporarily down. You can post images here on the forum, you don't have to upload them elsewhere. See here: http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=8863
3. If you want to copy something, just use the COPY command. Unless there's something you're not telling us, like is the building xref'd into the drawing? Perhaps you could provide more information. What have you tried and what was the result?

Select the building, type CP at the command line, select a point to copy (probably the lower right or some sort of common point) and then past it.
If the angle is the problem you can adjust your UCS z cords so that you are working in a simple 90 deg environment.
To adjust the UCS type UCS at the command line
then Z because that is the axis that you will want to adjust.
pick the first corner of the existing building (lower right)
Then pick the second corner, Lower left
click enter
Type, plan and then enter twice
To get your drawing back to its original UCS cord just retype UCS at the command line, then click enter twice.
Type, plan and then enter twice
