may somebody teach me on how do i write a text or Mtext in autocad that is round Eg. for logo. thanks

See your Express Tools. The command is ARC Aligned Text.

Draw the arc on a non-plotted layer and you can use it to adjust the radius of the text and the starting and endpoint of the text.

I tell my students not to erase the arc. You never know when you may have to adjust it.
