I have 3 dimensions side by side. The overall dimension always get 1/8" difference.
My drwaing units set to 1/8" precision, the same setting as 1/8" precision for primary units at my dimension style.
Please help.
Thanks,

Some type of anomoly. What are you dimensioning? How critical is it?

Concrete Tilt-up panels for pre-fabrication.
I know what you mean. Well, 1/16 or 1/8 of an inch is nothing but it is sometimes weird when your overall total for three dimensions let's say 8" and the 3 broken down dimensions by autocad are 1 7/8", 2 1/2" and 3 3/4".

are you snapping to 1/8"? You may have drawn 1 15/16", 2 1/2" & 3 7/8". Change your dimension precision to 1/32" and see what happens.

Hi Edwin
This happens to me not all the time but some times and it is all down to your dimension precision just as Dave is telling you.
I work in metric and set my precision to 1mm [ being a cabinet maker ] then when I am drawing you can enter a dim of say 14.5mm and that’s when things start going pear shaped. So I really need to alter my precision to 0.5mm in fact I will do it now just like a good boy.
