Undefined Shape #...

What does this error mean and how do I get rid of it.????
When I load a Drawing this error comes up with multiable number.
Open the same drawing on another pc and it opens fine.???

A font or shape file is present, but it doesn't contain the characters used in that drawing.

For example, you may have a "customfont.shx" file that contains only UPPER CASE letters, but someone used that font to create things like "$%@#&(()"

The reason it works on the other PC is that the font is also present, but it DOES contain the right characters.

Find what font is causing this error and then copy it from the machine where it works.
