Tangent to ellipse

AotoCAD 2002: How do I draw a circle with a known radius that goes through a fixed point and is tangent to an ellipse?

The fixed point is on the circunference I presume.

I would type the command CIRCLE then read the command line and type in the 3POINT option. Pick the known point then, making sure osnap tangent is on, pick the remaining points.

If that doesn't work, post up a screenshot of the drawing for us to see.
