cad 2008 plotting only fine line even after change lin thickness

All my cad 2007 drawing open using cad 2008 cannot be plotted to their set thickness and I cannot plot shade also. I have tried changing the line thickness and plot style all the same.

Please need help urgent

Are you plotting with named plot styles or color-dependent styles?

I plot using named style.

The plotting only became fine and faint when i plot in paper space. when I plot in model space it will plot according to the style that i set.

I am in a hurry to finish my site layout.

In the "setup page" is the option "scale lineweight" active or deactivated.
I know is something obvious, but .....
