Moving Attribute data from one border to another

I have approximately 300 drawings that currently have our client’s border on them. We are now doing work on the same plant but now each plant maintains their drawings. So now all of the old files need to have the new border put in them, but we need to move the old attribute data to the new border and then delete the old border. Both the old and new have nothing in common. They look completely different and none of the attribute tags are the same.

I have a copy of Hurricane batch scrip software. I just can’t come up with a way to get the data from the old to the new border.
