I have attached 3 images of my problem. The first is how the line is displaying (this happens no matter what linetype I choose, but it is dashed for the record), the second shows the linetype sort of showing when I hover the mouse over the line, and the 3rd showing the linetype displaying correctly when I cut and paste the line into another drawing.
This must be some local setting ive accidently invoked as all other files work fine and if I paste this line into another drawing it displays correctly and also if i copy other drawing lines from different files into this drawing they also display solid.
Anyone know what the local display setting I must have changed would be?

Looks like you have 2 lines one over the other in picture 2. Is there a single line?

Check up LTSCALE variable.

riga,
Yes 1 single line, at first that was my thought also but all over the drawing it is the same and 1 line.
ASMI,
I tried ltscale, it says 100.0000 ......is this a global command or file specific? It only started happening on this drawing and all others work fine.
SLW210,
tried regenall aswell, no good.
Thanks for the help, throw any other suggestions that you can think off aswell!!

Try setting ltscale to 1......also do a Change on all your drawing and check that the ltscale there is also set to 1....
