Locked Drawing

Hey all, I got a drawing into the office I work in and need to make some changes to it, I am using Acad 2004 lite, I have checked all layers and none of them are frozen or locked. I have tried exploding the drawing but its does not work. Any help with this would be very much appreciated :)

Is that drawing an xref ??????

Open Properties window and look object name. Is it Minsert Blok? If yes, yor drawing was processed by esconvert.lsp - special protection program and you cannot explode this unnamed minsert block or do something with it (of course if you don't use programing methods).
