Please Help Me, I can't get started to draw.

Just started CAd 2004 class, and my instructor is no help. I can't seem to

get started with reading rectangular coordinates. I am very confused about the x,y coordinates.

Also, I can't seem to get the grid to fill the whole screen. If I could scan a copy of my homework to someone, that would at least get me started.

check out the parent site cadtutor.net or another great site by a fellow forum member, autocadzone.com for the basics in autocad.

Remember, read the promts on the command line at the bottom of the screen, it tells you where your at during a command.

Use the AutoCAD help files. In this case search the phrase "coordinate systems"
