I think we should split the forum topics

Eg seperate headings for

Inventor

MDT

ADT

3DS

etc. It will be quicker to acces specific software areas.

Nick - I know where you're coming from. It may be easier for the few people who want to make posts on those topics but it is clear from recent usage that there isn't the demand to justify a seperate forum for each of those apps. You may notice that I have amalgamated a number of forums that weren't very busy.

There are a number of boards around that have scores of forums - one for each software application but you end up having to scroll miles and most of them are dead or hardly ever used. It's a tough balance to strike and I'm constantly revising things.

We gave the Inventor forum a go but I think you have to admit that it wasn't exactly buzzing with activity. If future demand increases, we should review the situation.

On thing that the recent board revision has provided is more "community" related forums and better access to resources. This is already proving a success and I feel that it is in the spirit of this board to be more community orientated.

Anyway, as I say, the board is under constant review and no doubt there will be more changes in the future.

It would be good to have more feedback on this subject.

I agree. The Inventor topic was high visibilty but still did not take off. I think that MDT and ADT is mentioned quite a bit and that could maybe be given sep. topics ?

Anyway cheers.

Can I suggest that you use the Design Software forum when starting new topics on Corel Draw. I'll add it to the blurb on the forum description in order to make it clear.
