Which software is ideal to design inflatable & stufed to

I would like to work out a sewing pattern of figure of a 3d model.anyone can suggest an ideal software for that ?
Would be rad to get a link to a tutorial too....

So can I only unfold/unwrap a 3d model into a sewing pattern with the breuel application?

This must not be a 3D-Solid model. You can unfold any 3D-surface area, which is triangulabe and which is bounded by (3D-) polylines.
