Hi
Is it possible to change the page setup of more than one layotu at a time. I have a drawing from a consultant with 15 tabs on, this is setup for his printer obviously. How can I cahnge these setups quickly instead of one at a time to enable me to publish the layouts?
Cheers

Not sure about changing them all at the same time but couldn't you just setup your page setup settings for the first one and then when you switch to the next layout just select "previous plot" under page setup at the top of the Plot Dialog Box.??
EDIT*** You could also change your Page Setups (instead of just plotting that one time with those settings) each time after selecting previous plot by selecting "Apply to Layout" at the bottom of the Plot Dialog Box

Go to the Page Setup Manager, click New, give it a name (I normally will make the name the plotter and then the sheet. For example, XEROX 6204 24x36.) and click OK. After setting up this new page setup you can go through each layout, right click the layout tab, hilite the newly created page setup and click Set Current. After setting this with all layouts you may modify the original page setup you created and it will update them all.
Might not be quite as automatic as what you're looking for, but it's the only way I can think of.

Use the sheet set manager. it has an option to override the page setups and batch plot the set.

Oh yeah. That's even quicker.

Oh Well!! Looks like I'm going to have to move into the 21st Centuary and start using Sheet Sets!! I didn't even know you could use previous plot unitl yetsreday and I've been using CAD since 1990!! Suppose I should embrace the advancement in AutoCAD instead of looking how I can turn all the new toolbars off and go back the way I workled befoe the new releases!!
Cheers
