anyone konw any MicroStation V8 tutorials?

jsut started new job and need to learn new ropes... :cry:
im now forced to learn MicroStation V8...

so is there any good ones availble online?

that program is very wierd..
it has no "F1" help... no tutorials..
puzzles me...

any help/lead would be much appreciate...
