Can any one help
the msg above apears when autocad starts.
i have tried reinstalling. repairing it & the same msg appears.
if i click yes, it starts and i can use a few simple commands like line, arc etc but if i tyr to use layer manager or customize etc it crashes & this msg appears
AutoCAD Error Aborting
Fatal Error: unhandled eo434f4dh Exception @ 7c812a5bh
then i click ok & acad closes.
Our IT people are useless & i have tried contacting Autodesk buyt their help line seems constantly engaged?
has any one had this problem & how do you solve it. I have searched Autodesk forums & found a few discussions regarding this issue. One references .dll file. I have downloaded an up to date version of this but the problem still exists.
It also reference framework.net as being a possible culprit & have tried removing then & reinstalling the latest update but after uninstalling framework.net 3 it doesnt let me uninstall framework.net 2. There is then framework.net 1 to uninstal & then download the latest version after that. the fact that i cant uninstall it almost confirms to me microsoft is the culprit but if iu cant uninstal it how can i get around it???
any help would be greatly appreciated!!
cheers!
