Making dwg uneditable

wondering if there is a way that i can make a cad drawing UNchangeable??? i know i can make a PDF and other such things, but i want someone to be able to open a drawing in autocad but not be able to manipulate it. i.e. change diminsions, move walls, edit.

anyone know of a way?
