Hopefully there is help out there for this one.

I just recently switched over to 2008 and a co-worker of mine is running 2007. We are having an issue with strange green areas plotting. They don't exist anywhere on the drawing, and they don't even show up in the plot preview. But when they come out they have these areas.

The first time it happened I was using a raster image, and had a view port crop out. When it printed the green areas basically finished the rectangle of where the view port would be had I not cut the corner off.

Also my co worker is having an issue as I speak with text masking blocks. When they print they have the strange green areas around them. He erased them, and now the green is gone.

Hopefully that all made sense. If not let me know, and I will try and explain a little more

Also attached is an example of one of the corners.

What in the world could this be??

Any help or guidance is appreciated!!

Thanks

perhaps it's a wipeout issue?..when i look at your keyplan w/ the north arrow it looks as though someone used a wipeout to hide a portion of the image so that the north arrow can read...

type in the command line wipeout, "f" for frames and turn them on...if you now get a rectangle were the green area is then it's an issue with the wipeout (you may need to play around with the draw oder of the image to see if there is a rectangle)...

just a stab anyway...

Thanks for the response. However that was not effective. The wipeout was already on. I did not use the wipeout to make the crop. I've honestly lever heard of "wipeout" :) What I did was draw a polyline then set that polyline as an object viewport. As you said, so the arrow is legable. I also did it around the title block.

Now that you have introduced me to the wipeout, I tried to hide the green using a wipeout. But it's still there.

I have also already played with the display order, and to no avail.
