Help: Grouped objects do not appear in GROUP Dialog Box

Seems I've come across a weird one. I have some objects in my drawing that are apparently grouped, however nothing shows up in the Object Grouping dialog box so I can explode the groups. Any ideas? I can upload the file if needed. Thanks in advance to all....

It could be an unnamed group, check the "include unnamed" check box.
