What you have is a loft and from what I was reading, you cannot flat pattern a loft

Here I am attaching the same model created with boundary patch..
But didn't get flatten surface yet..
Please check it and give me a solution..

I will have a look for you, however sheet metal features are not something I have played with(very little) I never use the sheet metal side of Inventor so I may not be the best person to answer, but like I said I will have a look for you.:wink:

Can you not model the part using the sheet metal.itp what way the sheet metal flat pattern will work out the calc easy?

I got it correct..
just apply corner radius, then flat pattern
